Bela Bill Has Been Passed By The National Assembly On It's Way To Turning out to be Law For Schools In South Africa



The Basic Education Laws Amendment (BELA) Bill was recently accepted through the South African Parliament and is now just waiting around for being signed into legislation with the President.
